Ok, I’ve lost all confidence in Weeks. At some point you just have to realize he isn’t going to pan out, but Yost is going to go down with the ship, with Rickie as his first mate. The only reason I can think he is sticking with Rickie is that Rickie has ALWAYS sucked, therefore he can’t be underacheiving. Time to give Ray Durham a start tonight. Durham’s average is 70 points higher, and his OBP is 50 points higher……..seems like a no-brainer.
On another note, I hate the Cubs now more than ever. When I was little, the Cubs were my favorite NL team, mostly because they were on TV everyday. Did you see Soriano staring down the fans in the bleachers last night? That dumbass doesn’t even realize that half the people there were Cubs fans. Word in Chicago is that even Cubs fans think he’s a knob.
